The University of the West Indies, School of Education team took a day to work on team building techniques.
The day was fun-filled and extremely meaningful for the team. The participants thanked the Douglas & Associates team for the accuracy in their planning precision. The intervention developed for the team building retreat was meaningful and well suited to the dynamics of the team. The team also thanked the management for expressing care for the participants by making the necessary resources available to make the retreat a success.
