  • QWill I be able to receive therapy specifically from Dr Douglas?

    AOf course you can! However, Dr. Douglas is one of the specialists at the agency and usually, you will have to be put on a waiting list and pay her additional fees. What Dr. Douglas often recommends, especially if the matter is urgent, is that you see our next available competent therapist. Please be assured, as Director, Dr. Douglas has oversight on all cases.

  • QWho are the other therapists and what are their qualifications?

    AAll our therapists are qualified at the Masters and Doctoral levels. They have all worked alongside Dr. Douglas have garnered much skill in the Douglas and Associates approach to treatment. They are also very engaged in other professional bodies and organizations. For further information, please go to the "Team" section of our website here.

  • QWhen is the earliest appointment that I can get?

    AAn appointment for any one of the associate therapists can be set for as soon as the week after the client information has been supplied to us.

  • QWhat is the cost of therapy sessions?

    AThe costs of office sessions are dependent on your need and whether you want an hour session or an hour and a half. Contact us for more information.

  • QWhat is your location?

    AWe have offices in St. Augustine, Trinidad and in Bon Accord, Tobago. We also provide home, on site (for companies), phone and Skype sessions.

  • QDo I have to come to Trinidad if I reside in Tobago?

    ANo. If you reside in Tobago you can have a face to face session in the local office as well as phone or Skype appointments.

  • QCan I pay online?

    ANot at the moment. We hope to have that rectified with PayPal soon. However, direct deposits can be made to our First Citizens account, and also if you are overseas wire transfers can be done to our First Citizens account.
