A two day retreat was run by Douglas & Associates Ltd for the nine (9) new Independent Senators 25th - 26th September 2015. The team carefully pieced together the details of this pioneering event in order to capture the intent of the retreat as envisioned by the President of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago, His Excellency Anthony Thomas Aquinas Carmona ORTT. SC.
The participants expressed their gratitude for the venture, as it successfully prepared them to serve in the country effectively. A few of the areas of training topics included:
