Dr Douglas was the guest speaker at the Dow Village Government Primary School on Tuesday 16th June 2015. The school hosted a jubilant graduation ceremony for the outgoing pupils of their SEA class. Dr Douglas encouraged the young and talented graduates to strive for lifelong learning and the development of both the intellectual and social aspects of life.
