Child and Adolescent Therapy is a clinical process through which an individual works in a one-on-one environment with a trained therapist to explore their inner feelings, beliefs and behaviours. Child and Adolescent Therapy are based on developmentally appropriate treatment plans to help young clients who are experiencing difficulty to develop healthier coping mechanisms and life skills.
