Employee Assistance Programme are designed to assist employees to deal with personal problems that might have undesirable effects on their job performance, health and well-being.

The Douglas & Associates EAPs generally includes counseling, assessment and referral services for employees. Supervisors may also refer employees (supervisor referral) based upon unacceptable performance or conduct issues. Each EAP package is tailored to suit the needs of the organization and may include any combination of the following services:

  • Crisis Intervention Services

When requesting EAP Services for your company, please consider the following:
1. How many sessions per month will each employee need? If you are unsure how many sessions are needed, be guided by your company's budget for EAP Services.
2. If you do not have a confidentiality system emplace for invoicing, feel free to inform us and we will generate a confidentiality code for each employee.
3. Kindly state in your correspondence to us the name of the person to be invoiced for and the company's address.
